For a long time, I didn’t feel safe in my body, in my relationships, or in my life.
My parents divorced when I was two, and they didn’t get along. My dad forced religion on me so intensely that today he calls himself a prophet and sends me end-of-the-world videos. It’s a lot to process, but I’m still grateful for the moments of love we shared before everything shifted.

I grew up in a home full of tension, emotional disconnection, and confusion. I had an older brother who didn’t realize how deeply his words affected me, but like all of us, he was just doing his best to cope with what we were handed.

That kind of environment led me to choose all the wrong partners, narcissists, manipulators, emotionally unavailable men who reflected the instability I came from. I lost myself in survival mode. I made myself small to feel safe. I kept hoping things would change… until I realized that I had to be the one to change.

I hit my breaking point and hired a life coach. She told me the truth I needed to hear, not what I wanted. And it cracked something open.
That was the beginning of my healing.

I dove into the work. Joe Dispenza, nervous system regulation, boundary work, money rewiring, manifestation, you name it, I went all in. I stopped waiting for permission and started building a life I actually wanted.
Two years ago, I was $130,000 in debt. Now? That debt is completely gone. I paid off $90K in one year.

I met the love of my life, a man who honors his word, holds me emotionally, and has never once disrespected me. We had a beautiful baby boy. I have the option not to work if I don’t want to. I live in a dream location. And most importantly, I finally feel safe.
Now I help women break cycles, build boundaries, and step into abundance without guilt or burnout.
